The villa has of two floors, a garden, patio,  BBQ and two or three parking spaces. On the first floor there is a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen - fridge, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a drier. Additionally there is a study and living room with satellite TV and DVD, as well as WC with a shower. In the living room there is a large couch where two people can sleep comfortably.

On the second floor you will find three bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, WC and a large terrace - 15 square metres, which provides a scenic view to the surrounding mountains.

As a whole the region offers great opportunities for fishing, horse riding, swimming and eco-tourism.
